Once an invoice is paid, you own the ads, copy and reports we make for you. We may show the work and headline results in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Terms of service
The plain-language terms behind our audits, sprints and retainers. The short version: flat fees, your accounts stay yours, and you can leave after the first sprint.

01 About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or work with Margin Growth Studio. A signed proposal for a specific project takes priority over these terms where the two differ.
02 Our services
We offer a free ad audit, a fixed-length growth sprint and a monthly retainer. Each proposal sets out the channels, deliverables, timeline and fee before any work starts.
03 Fees and payment
Fees are flat and agreed up front. We never charge a percentage of your ad spend.
Sprints are invoiced in full before kick-off. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and are due within 14 days. Late invoices may pause work until they are paid.
04 Ad spend and ad accounts
Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms and is not part of our fee. Your ad, analytics and tracking accounts stay in your name, and you keep full admin access at all times.
06 Results
We work hard to improve your numbers, but ad platforms, markets and products change. We cannot guarantee a specific return, revenue or cost per purchase, and past results do not promise future ones.
07 Liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for that project in the previous three months. We are not responsible for losses caused by ad platform outages, policy changes or decisions made against our written advice.
08 Ending the work
Retainers are month to month after the first sprint. Either side can end them with 30 days’ notice by email. We hand over all files, notes and access within five working days.
09 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. US clients may agree a different governing law in their proposal. Questions about these terms can go to hello@margin.studio.
