Margin strategy team

Performance Max decides where your ads run across Google. That makes setup more important, not less.

Feed it well

Give it a clean product feed with honest titles, at least five images and two short videos per asset group, and real customer lists so it knows who buys.

Keep things out

Exclude your brand name so it cannot take credit for people already searching for you. Leave out products with low margin or low stock.

Give it time

Expect two to three weeks of learning. Changing budgets or assets every few days resets that learning and makes results worse.

Set up well, Performance Max finds buyers your search campaigns never would. Set up badly, it quietly spends on the easiest sales.

Free ad audit

See where your ad budget is leaking.

A strategist reviews your ad accounts before the call, so the 45 minutes are spent on your numbers.
